Gut bacteria reduce bodyweight
In this study 220 subjects of healthy overweight or obese individuals were administered supplementation with Lab4P probiotic for 6 months. Significant reductions in body weight, BMI, waist circumference and waist-to-height ratio compared to the placebo group were found.
