The importance of our microbiome
Our digestive system (gut) is central to supporting our health – it contains more than 70% of the body’s immune system and 10 times more bacteria than we have cells in our whole body, known as the gut microbiome.†

I take these every day and on the rare occasion I run out and forget to get more for a week or so, I find I get constipated in that time and start to suffer with mouth ulcers. All that goes away within 5-7 days of recommending these probiotics (I usually have double the does for the first 3-4 days if I’ve had a break from them).
